ClaimsBridge full-time employees will be eligible to be considered to receive a discretionary bonus from the ClaimsBridge Financial discretionary bonus pool. Bonuses may be based on a number of factors and may include both company profitability and your individual contributions.


ClaimsBridge offers employees and their dependents Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance coverage. We offer an HSA plan and a Co-pay plan. The company also provides Employee Only Life and Disability Insurance.


ClaimsBridge offers paid time off, paid vacation time, and paid sick days.


ClaimsBridge currently offers a Simple IRA plan. A Simple IRA plan provides small employers with a simplified method to contribute toward their employees’ and their own retirement savings. Employees may choose to make salary reduction contributions. The matching contribution by ClaimsBridge is 3% of the employees’ gross compensation minus amounts deferred under Section 125 Cafeteria Plan for the entire calendar year. Matching contributions are made on a per-pay-period basis.


ClaimsBridge offers reimbursement for continuing education through an accredited program that either offers growth in an area related to their current position or that may lead to promotional opportunities.


ClaimsBridge full-time employees will be eligible to be reimbursed for expenses associated with company required travel, phone data, home internet, and wellness memberships. All expenses must be submitted with the proper documentation and explanation before approved. Approval is at the discretion of the CEO.

“I have been with ClaimsBridge for almost three years. I was drawn to the company because it offered me a chance to work in a different position within the healthcare industry,” she shares.

Having previously worked on the provider end, the prospect of working behind the scenes intrigued her. “At the time I joined, the company was moving in a new direction, focusing on sales and leveraging past successes with clients,” Meggan continues. The excitement of being part of this transformational journey motivated her to take the leap.

When asked about how he came to ClaimsBridge, Sean shared a story of small company charm and the allure of a family-like atmosphere. Initially introduced to the company by a former colleague, he was drawn to the relaxed environment and the comfortable atmosphere.

“It’s always wonderful to have a casual and relaxed environment. For example, our team can wear casual clothes to the office. I feel I can be more productive and focused when I am working in a comfortable environment,” he shared.
